"Hands-On" is one of our favorite expressions because it efficiently sums up our primary approach to determining and defining a sequence. Our facilities include what we like to call “the lab” which is where we do our hands-on work. We assemble, install, disassemble, tinker and generally saturate ourselves with product knowledge in order to really understand how things work before we develop instructions.
